This review is coming from someone who DREADS getting massages because I just kind them awkward and I struggle to relax (totally a me problem)... Spa Sway is FANTASTIC!I compete in powerlifting so my body gets pretty beat up and periodic massages helps alleviate some of the pain and inflammation that builds up from training. I had gone to a few different places in and around Austin for a sports massage but didn't love any of them. I decided to give Spa Sway a chance and ended up signing up for a membership before leaving because I had such a pleasant experience!THINGS I LOVED:- Super easy and convenient to book an appointment online- Responsive If/when you do need to call to speak to someone- Convenient location in the Domain right by a parking garage- Receptionists at the front desk were all very pleasant and welcoming- Offered drinks and/or snacks while you wait (who doesn't love snacks?!)- Beautiful waiting area with calming music playing and low lighting to make you feel relaxed- Everything is super clean- Great communication with the massage therapist about my needs- Felt extremely comfortable the entire timeI booked an 80 minute sports massage with Travis who was fantastic... I was able to tell him about my massage history, trouble areas, and he communicated very clearly with me the entire time. I like a LOT of pressure and deep tissue work when I get massages which is usually painful and leaves me feeling sore after. Travis used plenty of pressure but somehow it didn't hurt and I wasn't sore... which is the best of both worlds!After finally having a great massage experience in a convenient location and at an affordable price (obviously not the cheapest option but I've also paid way more at other places), I signed up for the Sway Club membership which includes a 50 minute session monthly. I'm happy to state that I'm looking forward to future appointments at Spa Sway instead of dreading them like I did at other places!

Without a doubt, the best experience I have had at a spa! From the minute you walk through the doors you are treated like the only person in the room. Super attentive and therapists are knowledgeable and able to give advice on how to take care of yourself in your exercise routines. Next up is setting my wife up here!!!

Best spa experience in Texas. Maybe USA! I couldn’t believe how much level of detail this group pats attention to. The treatment was bar none. We will be back.

I just had my first services with Spa Sway. I got both a facial and massage and I left feeling incredible! Ted gave me a great deep tissue, he was so knowledgeable about pressure points the difference in my shoulders is insane. Samantha was also amazing and so informative for all my questions about my skin and gave me some great recommendations on products. Such a relaxing experience and I can’t wait for my next visit!

Spa Sway is absolutely the best. It's comfortable, beautifully decorated, has a wonderful selection of retail products, and the staff is warm and friendly. My Signature Sway Massage with Juan was a perfect treat. The extra touches of aromatherapy and hot towel treatment really elevated it from a massage to an experience. I also had a facial and as an esthetician I must say I was very impressed! Erin was very knowledgeable, had a great touch, and my skin is glowing! This is definitely my new go to for massages and facials!
