Many of our clients never planned to become landlords. They moved and kept their home as a rental. They inherited a property. They bought their first investment property and realized managing it was more complicated than expected. That’s where we come in. First Property Management provides full-service property management in Chattanooga and the surrounding area, helping property owners handle everything from leasing and resident screening to maintenance coordination, inspections, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations. What makes us different is that we combine strong systems with real people who care about the outcome for your property. Our team focuses on protecting the value of your home, placing high-quality residents, and making sure issues are handled quickly and professionally. Many owners come to us because they’re overwhelmed trying to manage a property on their own. Others simply want their time back while knowing their investment is being managed properly. Since 2015, First Property Management has helped owners across Chattanooga, TN and the surrounding region successfully manage single-family homes, small portfolios, multifamily properties, and HOA communities. Our goal is simple: make owning rental property easier, less stressful, and more successful.
