Reviews
tripadvisorExcellent breakfast facility, with good selection of options. The room was thoughtfully laid out: functional, comfortable, and convenient. The pool looked clean and well-cared-for. Elevator (NEVER assume a hotel will have one. Ask, or insist on an accessible room; you do not need to prove you need it). Fitness center. Guest laundry facility. Helpful front desk staff.
MoreExceptional service from Morgan and Kandie, front desk associates. These ladies are so welcoming, professional, and kind. Room was perfect. Clean, spotless, and had everything that was needed. Instant hot water for efficient showering. Breakfast had freshly made pancakes, link sausages, hash browns, scrambled eggs, cereal, juices, and 24/7 coffee. Breakfast hostess worked nonstop to keep items restocked. Hotel is near many restaurants. Highly recommend.
MoreMixed feelings on this one. Just stayed overnight when going to the National Monument. Location is excellent - right next to the highway and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly.Rooms are a decent size and beds comfortable. Main issue was that the room smelt heavily of pets. I know this is a pet friendly hotel but the smell was overbearing. In room aircon units were noisy too.Breakfast was pretty basic and car parks gets full at night.
MoreBreakfast was better than 90% of the hotels we stayed in. Exercise room was small but ok. Our room had these defects: The lavatory faucet dripped and sounded like a small barking dog when turned on or off. A clear strip on one of the corners appeared to have blood on it in 2 places. The bath fan was very noisy. The bathtub needed to be re-caulked. The bathroom door just under the doorknob was filthy.
MoreManager lacks any sympathy. Asked for him to make an exception to my stay due to my elderly dog dying. Says he can’t make an exception. Who does that? Hope he gets the same thing coming to him. Avoid Rick at all costs. Total a hole
