Sound Advice Home Inspection Home Inspection Service

Sound Advice Home Inspection prides itself in being one of the most professional and thorough home inspection services in Seattle. We welcome first-time home buyers, seasoned home-owners, vintage homes, new construction inspections, and all points in-between. One of the most common feedbacks we receive, from both clients and their agents, is that we spend more time than the competition when it comes to interacting with our clients, teaching them (as appropriate and only if desired by the clients), and empowering them. Note Regarding the Hard Copy Binders: All inspections with written reports get a pdf copy of the report via email with a quick turn-around time. Many of our reviews, both here on Yelp! and on Google, mention the hardcopy binder copy of your inspection report that you can use as an instructions manual for your home. In the past, we produced and mailed a hard copy to every client. That said, we've polled our customers this year and the data showed that while about 25% of our customers adore the hard copy binder, the other 75% preferred keeping everything digital for a variety of very valid reasons, including not wanting more "stuff" to deal with since they're moving or want to be more earth-friendly. In order to be able to keep our overhead costs stable in a world where everything feels like it's getting more expensive, we will now specifically ASK if you would like a hard copy binder mailed to you during the inspection debriefing.
