Every aspect of martial arts is given equal focus: basic technique, meditation, stretching, endurance, fitness, self defense, etc. Learn martial arts... challenge yourself... grow... become more fit... and have fun while doing it! We offer both kids and adult classes. Families are very welcome. We have a brand new large beautiful dojo in El Cerrito. Karate Camp is available in the summer. 6-12 yrs old.
