This venue was terrific, but has sadly gone out of business and is gone. They went out of business over a year ago and it's sad that this venue hasn't been removed from this site.

It was a great venue, but alas it is no more. Probably didn't fit the Jim Brainard Carmel Image. Maybe he'll turn it into a roundabout.

This is no longer the warehouse. It has been changed and is now The Cat-a small theater in the arts district of carmel. I was there for a children's production of The Wizard of Oz. It was a wonderful experience. The staff and tech crew were great. It is a beautiful little theater and very nice. There are cabaret shows coming up soon! Check it out! You won't be disappointed!

While I agree that this is a nice venue to see your favorite aging rock star or one hit wonder, their box office is a total scam. I bought 4 tickets for the Leon Russell show but he unfortunately died before the show date. Any reputable venue would simply refund your ticket price in this situation. Not these folks!! They first wanted to substitute a cover band show from someone I have never heard of at the $126 per ticket price. Sorry but I won't be doing that. When that was not acceptable to me, they said that I would have a credit to purchase other tickets in the future but they could not tell me the amount of my credit nor did they have any available shows to purchase. I won't be spending any more of my money with these thieves!!

The greatest little gem for a concert venue when you want to relax and enjoy a concert in an intimate setting.The variety of bands and musicians that they book are amazing.The sound quality is the best I have heard and there are no bad seats.Great place to immerse yourself in your favorite music.
