We booked them for our daughters wedding day, price was right but customer service was not good all along, should have gone with my gut feeling. A half hour before they were supposed to arrive they called to say the limo broke down and would not be able to pick us up for another hour. By then it would be too late to get us to the church on time. I asked them to come anyway so that we would have the service in between the wedding and the reception and they told us they would refund our entire trip plus give us a free trip to make up for the inconvenience. They did eventually show up at the Church (after we all took our own cars to arrive at the church on time) to transport us for pictures. We tried to get a hold of them after the wedding to settle as far as having the trip refunded and a chance to make it right, We didn’t really care about getting a free trip at that point, they didn’t answer our calls or ever return our calls, after attempting several times. We finally had to put a phone call into the credit card company to fight to have most of the charge removed. Again, I get that things happen, but there is no excuse for the lack of customer service, not returning calls or making any effort to make it right. Good, reliable companies do not operate this way!

Important trip to Airport. Got the bill, got the confirmation, just never got the ride. Called to ask what happened. Mice girl at counter said they had the reservation and did not know why a car never arrived. She assured me she would find out and let me know what happened. just like the ride still waiting. Give them a ZERO all around.

We recently booked a round trip to JFK Airport because my wife and I are weary of traveling the Belt Parkway. The reservation process was very easy and we received confirmations immediately after. The day of our pick up from home, we received a text message from their system that the driver is on his way along with his name and cell number. We found this to be an excellent communication tool especially when we dont want to be late for our flight. The driver Bill was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage and got us safely to the airport. On the way back the airline lost our luggage and once again Bill was our driver and waiting for us when we landed. It took us over 1 1/2 hours at the luggage claim counter and Bill waited for us the whole time and we never received any additional charge, This is the first time we had a good experience with a car service and will be using again.

Terrible. First, they were late picking us up, but only by about 10 minutes. However, we paid for a limousine and a cargo van showed up. It was so unfordable as there was no leg room that I couldn't even sit forward, I had to go at an angle. The driver apologize for the mix up and said that he would have the Navigator pick us up instead of the original one that we paid for as an apology. Well... we landed and were waiting, and I get a text from the driver that he mixed up our flight time and didn't leave yet! He said he would leave right now, which would be well over an hour, so I said forget it and I would get an Uber. Then... I called up the 1-800 number to get a refund and she said she would pass along the information to her manager. Her manager NEVER called me back after I called three times! Do not use this company. Use someone, anyone else.

I used preferred limo for 2 stretch limo rides in July. Payment was taken in advance for each ride. No problem until months later, my credit card was fraudulently charged $407 for nothing. Companies like these try to take advantage of people by attempting to steal from their clientele. I'm shocked they would just charge my credit card out of the blue to try to make money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SCOUR YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND DEAL WITH TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!
