I booked an early morning shuttle with Champion months ago. The driver was about 15-20 minutes late. Thankfully I gave myself plenty of time at the airport prior to my flight. I wasn't happy with their service but decided to give them another try. On January 10th I was scheduled for a 5:20am pickup (which I booked months in advance). I never received a call or text that the driver would be late. At 5:30am I called the driver (Garrett) who said he would be there shortly. Garrett didn't show and wouldn't answer my text messages or calls so I had to wake up my wife and daughter so I could get a ride to the airport. Nearly 40 minutes after my scheduled pickup as we are driving down my street Garrett shows up. He didn't even apologize!!!!! I was the last person to board my plane as I almost missed my flight. I called the Champion Shuttle office and spoke with Crystal on January 10th and asked for a manager to call me back that day. Never happened! I called the office again after my trip and spoke with Crystal. She states they called me January 10th and left a voice mail. Interesting several other people called me on January 10th and I received all their voice mails. When I spoke with Crystal again after my trip she said she would email me a voucher to use for a future trip in hopes of keeping my business. You guessed it. I never received the email voucher. I even checked my junk folder. Based on numerous other reviews here you can't rely on this shuttle service. Take your business elsewhere. I certainly plan to.

Still waiting on the owner to call us back after not showing up for our 330am scheduled service to the airport (even received an email that she was on the way). Had to scramble and drive to the airport and race to our flight. Used them in past with no issues so hopefully they will resolve this with us! Still waiting on a return call...

Booked a transport for my daughter's boyfriend three days in advance to get him from KCI to Lawrence, Day of scheduled transport I got a cancellation via EMAIL saying they couldn't keep the reservation. The website has you prepay and I got a confirmation. It was Thanksgiving weekend so thank God I even browsed through my email. No CALL, no TEXT, just email. The worst part was when I called they were SO RUDE. Would never even consider this service in the future. If your reservation system doesn't know when you're booked, you're in the wrong business. If you don't realize you're booked until two days after the reservation has been booked and paid for, you're in the wrong business.

Champion Shuttle is my go to shuttle service. I have tried other companies in KC and none compare with Champion. Champion is courteous, timely, professional and gracious. They can always be relied upon to make travel to/from the airport smooth, stress-free and enjoyable.

Just a warning to anyone who is looking to use this transportation. Champion Shuttle is unreliable and extremely dishonest. Be very careful using them because they over charged me (there was 2 students (myself and another) in the shuttle and they charged me as if there was only 1 student) when I took them from KU-MCI and I realized the over charge and now they refuse to credit me back. They keep saying they credited us so my family asked for proof because we never got anything and Crystal (the lady in charge) started screaming at my mother. Be careful, y’all.
