This old theatre was excellent! Reminded me of the one I went to as a kid.Super clean, great sound and theatre personnel was professionally dressed and friendly. Good to see that old tradition has not died with modern times. Will DEFINITELY go back. A++RLTW

Great venue with very friendly and helpful employees. My only negative was no parking. I got there at 5:15 and parking was full so had to park many blocks away which was kind of scary for me after the show since I am old and myself! Other than the parking issue, I recommend this beautiful theater!

This is a wonderful restored movie theatre, repurposed into a music venue. This is our second time to visit and we were delighted again! We saw Marty Stuart….he and his band were great! Acoustics in the building were great and all of the staff….volunteers…were helpful and friendly!

We saw Judy Collins in concert last night at the Brauntex, and what a treat! Yes, she put on a great concert, but the venue was spectacular. An old movie theater that has been lovingly restored, the Brauntex surpassed my expectations. Although we live north of Austin, we'll add the Brauntex to our list of performance venues to keep our eyes on.

A really special Valentine’s show with Country Music legends Connie Smith and Marty Stuart and their respective bands. Very intimate experience considering most of the large venues around these days. We will be back, but get there earlier as there is not a lot of parking available.
