So much fun. I haven't found another workout I enjoy more than kickboxing. Ilovekickboxing has great facilities and an amazing staff! Always a great workout

The staff is great and everyone is so friendly! Made exercising fun. Even the others taking the class were very welcoming

This place has been worth every penny, the 6 week challenge, challenges your mind and nutrition. They lay everything out for you to give you the best chance of success for your personal goals.

i love this place. i never was a fan of working out until i found this place. gyms are typically a very judgey environment but this place is nothing close to that! everyone is beyond encouraging, they seriously care about you and your goals/ progress . they are the real deal i would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to work out and lose weight- and enjoy it!

ILoveKickboxing has been a game-changer for me! I joined the 6-week challenge to get out of the house and to lose some of the quarantine/working-from-home weight. The instructors in Chesapeake are motivating, energetic, and they care about their students. This is the longest I have ever stuck with a fitness program because this is the right one for me: the perfect mix of structure, fun, and sweat!
