They cancelled my ride. I only learned last minute because the emailed me. I don't carry my computer everywhere. No calls no follow up nothing. Don't EVER use this service.

I came across Freddy Go2 Richmond by way of a AAA travel agent, who said they were very recommended. I called them and, I received a very reasonable rate for roundtrip service to and from Richmond International. I was picked up by Jacob on my fly-out day. He was on-time and friendly. He drove me to Richmond International and got me there without problem. I was able to make a change to my flight time returning home so my flight wasn't so late at night. When I was ready to fly back into Richmond and needed to make a change to my reservation, the staff were able to accommodate the change no problem. And, when I returned to Richmond, their driver, Eric, was right there, ready to help and get me back home safely. He even told me about a couple eateries I didn't know about in the local area that I'll need to check out one day. :-) Next time I need to travel to the airport, Freddy Go2 Richmond first!

I had a wonderful experience using Freddy Go2. I plan on using them again in March. Michael our driver was an absolute delight. I have used many companies to take me to the airport in the past but this is by far the best company I have ever used.

I chose to use Freddy go 2 Dulles because it was just slightly cheaper than the others. I needed a ride from Regean National to Fredericksburg. I used their website contact form and they got back to me quickly. Then, only four hours before my flight, my flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next morning. They had no problems changing my car to the next day. Though I ended up getting in at 11:00 AM on the Saturday before July 4th... and traveling south from DC on 95, with the trip taking over 2 hours (should be 1) the driver was nice, in a good mood, and very pleasant the whole time.
