Terrible Customer Service by Marcus or James.
MoreHotel has a great location although it can be a bit difficult to access and get back to the freeway going the right direction. Hotel really needs a remodel. Lack of general condition in the room. Most rooms have significant gaps under the entrance door which poses a security issue.
MoreWow the breakfast is fit for kings and queens! Rooms are spacious. Restaurants all around. Will stay here again! Very comfy.
MoreThis hotel is awful. Do not recommend. a prospective guest I stopped by to see the property and they had my car towed. The cost was excessive and unnecessary.
Moreworst place ever NEVER GO! towing every single person in their parking lot and no cares given, asked why and they kicked me out of the building. every single managerial position has no clue what they're doing here, worst hotel i have ever even seen/heard of, bugs everywhere, filthiest rooms ever, paint falling off the walls, the worst experience i have ever had. will never be coming here and will be making sure nobody i know comes here ever.
