What kind of (taxi) company doesn't allow its drivers to give passengers a receipt for a service provided (ride)? . I was told to call the company the next day. I did. I was asked to text my address and they would send me a receipt....by mail. They acknowledged the text. Followed-up with the company, no reply and 2 weeks later - still no receipt. Something weird going on with this operation. No wonder Uber and Lyft are eating the cab companies' lunch.

Jody was so great. Very friendly and answered all our questions about the area. She knew we were taking a cab so we could drink. And she actually texted us to let us know she would be around when we were ready to leave the bar. And promptly was out in front of the bar at the prearranged time. She was even kind enough to wait for us to do 1 more shot. Thank you Jody

We visted Pigeon Forge for 3 nights. Having flown internationally we didn't have a car and did not to wish to hire one.Taxi Anytime were most helpful in helping us commute in and around town. Taxi Anytime were very responsive (always answered the phone) and reliable (always turned up and on time). The drivers were professional and lovely to talk to.I recommend Taxi Anytime as a cab company of choice whilst visting Pigeon Forge and the local surrounds. They also offer airport transfers to and from Knoxville.
