Sarah has the capacity to adapt to each participant. She makes sure we are in a safe and secure environment for learning. Truly enjoy her classes!

Sarah is a fabulous yoga instructor. Her calming demeanor and soothing voice make for a wonderful yoga session. I always walk away from her class feeling energized. I feel terrific and I know that I am becoming more flexible as I am able to hold poses more easily. Definitely will be enrolling in classes with Sarah when I return for the winter season 2017.
