I am writing this review about SoulCycle corporate. I wanted to get a gift card for my sister and something with the website went wrong and I got a reference number. I was told I had to contact “your soul matters” which does not have a phone number and only can be contacted by email. I waited over a week for a response but got nothing. I finally went to a studio to get the gift card. Your soul matters was so rude about this issue and didn’t even give me the decency of an email back. Once I threatened to go to social media, they got back to me in one hour. Interesting huh? They only care about money and social media. Awful company, terrible spinning, and a horrible experience all around. If I could give it zero stars, I would!

Went a year ago and had a 2nd opportunity to attend, this time an advertised class with a theme of 80s rock. The instructor dressed up in a blonde wig and bright tights bringing humor to match his earnest teaching.Typical male to female ratio of 1:10. The class is relatively quiet to the instructor's chagrin. However, there are several processes that I assume are part of soul cycle formula. I recommend the class for the instructor's enthusiasm. Lots of staff to ensure all know how to clip on/off. It is super clean with great shower facilities as well as lockers.
