Get the City Pass before u see anything as well as the San antonio hop on hop off trolley tour if you don’t have an itinerary. The stops include what is on the City pass Tickets. What’s more, you can enjoy the sight seeing. River Cruise is included in the Pass and so is the Botanical garden.

These caves were a bit out of the way but not terrible. I thought it was worth the visit. The caves are interesting and so was the story. It seems like they were found relatively recently. We did this activity on the hottest day thinking it would be a way to cool off but the caves actually weren’t super cold like other caves I’ve been too.

We did the discovery tour as recommended in reviews. You pay $10 to park and about $30 for entrance. I’ve done Mammoth Cave this part year and it was similar. I was afraid I would be disappointed but it was a great tour. We only had 7 people total on the tour so the tour photo process at the beginning didn’t take too long.

Really neat experience seeing both the caverns and the light show within them. We did the Hidden Wonders tour, and we loved it! It is a ways outside the downtown, but definitely worth the drive.
