Welcome to Shanti Healing—a therapeutic wellness center in Hayward created for relief, recovery, rest, and reconnection. We are not a one-size-fits-all spa experience. Every session is thoughtfully customized to support your body, whether you are navigating chronic tension, pain patterns, limited mobility, stress, recovery, or simply need intentional time to reset. Our offerings include customized therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, prenatal and postnatal massage, Reiki, sound and meditation therapy, infrared sauna with Himalayan salt and chromotherapy, red-light compression boots, ionic detox foot baths, zero-gravity relaxation, and more. Our practitioner-led team brings individualized care, education, and a whole-body approach to every visit. Shanti Healing is strictly by appointment only. We are a small, hands-on wellness center and do not have a receptionist, so our team may be in session when calls or texts come through. The best way to reserve your time is to book directly online through Vagaro. Walk-ins are not available, but messages are returned as availability allows.
