For A small gym they sure do offer a lot. Its a husband and wife team. Aaron and Tiffany. First thing I liked was the variety of classes. Kettlebells to yoga. Second they want to make exercise fun for everyone that walks through the door. They push you when you need it and even tell you to back it down so you don't get hurt. They are big on safety. Overall great experience. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
