Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful view by the water

Very nice Bay Area. Parked by dock and walked around and took many pictures. Lots of families and couples walking around.

So many cool looking statues in the park. We walked around even though it was pretty hot outside . We parked by the beach but there’s parking on the side of the park too

Shhhh. Don't tell a soul. Rockport is the coolest part of the Coastal Bend. Don't bother with touristy Port A, congested Corpus, souped up South Padre. Just hunker down in real Texas Gulf and enjoy. Don't say I told you...

The Rockport Art Center near Rockport beach was destroyed by hurricane Harvey but thank goodness the large exterior art scriptures made it through the hurricane. I love the Whooping Cranes and dolphins statues the best. The new Rockport Art Center is now housed on Austin Street.
