We are passionate about yoga and it's benefits for the body and mind! We offer Integral Yoga, which blends the six branches of yoga with the aim of harmoniously developing all aspects of each person. We offer adult classes and child classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4pm. The adult and child classes run at the same time, yet separately, so no child care is needed! Kids ages 5 and up are welcome.
