The soccer shop was nice with all of the kits from multiple leagues and many international kits. The two downsides is that the music in the store was rapping with curses and made the kids uncomfortable. There was a worker named Daniel that was very nice and amazing. In my opinion Daniel should win employee of the year because of how helpful he was. Also another downsides is that the other workers were playing around in the store and making Daniel do all the work. Daniel should get a raise or at least money for all the work he has to do. Overall the store was nice and I got the jersey I was looking for.

Today is March 11, 2020 1:25 PM EST. I say that so whomever runs or owns this establishment could speak to the staff, particularly the young lady cashier who could not be troubled to speak when I approached to make my $100 purchase and could not be troubled to say you’re welcome when I said thank you. Just a dismissive smirk and nod.If it were not for the fact that my son plays for a BVB-affiliated team and wanted a BVB jersey, I would not have spent one dime in this place Because of the entire staff’s horrible disposition.Customers are the reason you have a retail job. In this age where shopping centers and retail locations in general struggle due to online competition, one would think they would have a greater emphasis on in-store experience. Not here. Do better or you will end up the same as the rest of the field retailers who do not put customers first. Regards,
