Place had food all on the utensils!! Smelt mildew, hair in sink before our before our first shower..omg!! I was in tears!! Dirty coffee pot. Grease all over the stove !!! Peeling paint, just down right discussing!!!!!!’ I have never ever experienced this before,, my husband and I got sick breathing in the mold and mildew!! The health department needs to take a good visit!!’ Honestly. The manager at the pool office is very sweet. Stay away. Do not waist your money!!!!!!!!!!! Please.

Great staff. They were very kind and helpful. Room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very accommodating. Thermostat worked great. (We like it cold) There is a free laundry with detergent. We were just a few minutes walk to the public entrance to the beach. They have items to borrow to take to the beach. (Chairs, umbrellas, toys, floaties) The pool was always clean. Staff was there every morning wiping everything down and getting it ready for the day. This is our Clearwater Beach getaway. ️‍♀️ Parking on the island is difficult but there are a ton of Uber drivers so that's your best bet. There are shops, restaurants and a park not too far away, easy walk.

We love Monaco. It reminds me of any movie you’ve seen that shows Florida vacationing in the 50s and 60s. This was our second stay. The parking is free and you can walk to the beach and great local spots. The rooms are clean and well air conditioned. The pool area is well kept and the pool is great. They also allow guests to use floats, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas for free. In my opinion this is a perfect place to stay and enjoy Clearwater beach.

Our host Antonio was super helpful, available & communicative, check in was very easy, the hotel suite itself was roomy & clean and literally steps from beautiful Clearwater beach. We brought our small dog & in other past hotels we found dog friendly places aren’t always as nice, but this room exceeded our expectations. Nice little kitchen with a good size refrigerator.The pool was private and beautiful.

I am writing to inform any possible renters that Vesteva Vacation Rentals only tells you the rules AFTER you sign the contract. Upon arrival at the house we rented, we were met with multiple notes on the wall that we were not allowed to turn the A/C below 74 degrees. Also after signing the contract we were told we were only allowed a certain amount of electricity and if we went over that amount, we would be charged after leaving. I just got a bill today of $76. We did not have enough beach towels for each person, we were given one washcloth each, there were ants on every countertop in the kitchen. They placed ant traps on the counter, so they are aware of the problem but no real effort to get rid of them. The house is next to a main road and very noisy late into the night. The ice maker in the refrigerator was covered in rust which I found after emptying the bin because the ice had melted and formed into one giant block of ice. All communications with the management was just a grind when we contacted them about the problems. The only nice thing is the pool was clean and heated.
