My work is always unique to the each individual massage. I offer range from relaxing slow massage methods to deeper chronic pain release through compressions, passive Hatha yoga Alignment, pin and stretch release with passive movement of limbs to unlock the body and lengthen and relax tight sore joints and muscles.
