Michigan grown, sourced and produced products are prominently featured on our menu that offers modern, American cuisine with a twist. It's an easy task considering the great farms, markets, and food artisans that are available to us in West Michigan. Our chefs take pride in their ingredients and work hand in hand with local vendors to develop menus that are thoughtful and often targeted around one main local ingredient. West Michigan has become known as a destination for great craft beer. In Ganders, we have multiple craft beers on tap and in the bottle. Our staff works to ensure that your favorites are always available. We also proudly feature Michigan wine as our house wine. Consider having your favorite cocktail made with some locally distilled spirits. Our chefs can work directly with local breweries to create a multiple-course beer tasting dinner. Beer is featured in every course, including dessert. A local brewer is often available to give a little beer education along with your meal. We offer the same for wine tasting dinners also. We can easily accommodate private and semi-private parties from 8 people to 150 people. Our fun, casual atmosphere provides a unique location to host events.
