I was locked out during the polar vortex and called Worthington. I had dealt with them in the past and thought they were legit (e.g. not one of the many scam operations you find in this business.)...

Could I be any LESS pleased? Hardly. Worthington Locksmith seems to be an advertising/call center for other companies that subcontract. But this is NOT clear when you call them. This was so...

I would rate a zero if I could. We experienced a home lockout and called Worthington Locksmith Co. They arrived much later than quoted time, could not open a basic deadbolt lock on the front...

Rude af! Don't ever call them or do business with them! So unprofessional and ghetto! Ugh!
