SoCal bikes terrible experience and loss my money. I have order a handlebars and mud guard, I only received one part, I had emailed several times and always they give me a tracking number, I’m trying to explain that only one part was on the box and I need the other one, they stop responding, I called the number they have and the guy answered was yelling me like he is on drugs, and says you can’t talk to sales only by email, so I never got the mud guard and never got my money back! I do not recommend if you don’t want to have terrible experience in case they make a mistake with what you ordered, you don’t go to get your money back

This bike shop is next to the amazing Green Room Hotel and is equipped with everything you need whether to purchase, rent or repair. The gentleman that helped us couldn’t have more accommodating and we feel lucky to have them so nearby

We rented electric bikes here in 2022 and returned to rent again in 2023. Bikes were high quality and the rates comparable. Our family of adults rode from the store more than five miles south in the bike lane through Carlsbad. The ride along the beach was beautiful! This shop provided good service.

Avoid this business! They treat you horrible and act like it's a privilege to do business with them. Lindsey is the worst!

These folks are awesome. After getting the rude treatment and being insulted by the crew at Omega Bicycle Shop in Oceanside, I called SoCal Bikes, not only the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and friendly, when I dropped my bike off, Mark was just awesome to deal with. You can feel they truly appreciate your business. Fan For Life.
