⭐⭐☆☆☆ **Disappointing experience and response**I booked Foot Palace’s “Unwind (Signature) 60 MIN” service for $42. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways.**Treatment time:** My treatment began at 12:06 p.m. and ended at 12:56 p.m. The clinician left the treatment area three times, and I estimate I received only about 45 minutes of hands-on treatment. When I raised this concern, management stated that “a 60-minute appointment typically includes approximately 50 minutes of hands-on treatment.”My receipt confirms a one-hour appointment, yet this distinction was not disclosed when I booked. I also found a review from another customer two years ago whose similar complaint received this response from the owner: “Spa industry standard a 60 minute spa service is 50 minutes hands on.” This suggests the practice has been in place for years without clear disclosure to customers.**Requested pressure:** I specified medium-to-deep pressure on my intake form, but my preference was not adequately addressed. Management acknowledged that they “didn’t adequately address your pressure preference during your visit,” but offered no resolution.**Noise:** Four women were laughing and taking photos in the treatment room, disrupting the relaxing experience I expected. Management explained, “We are an open spa environment,” and suggested paying more for a private room. Yet its own website promotes a “quiet, relaxing atmosphere” and asks guests to avoid disrupting others.I contacted management directly to give them an opportunity to address these concerns. Instead, the responses primarily explained the business’s practices rather than offering a meaningful resolution.I appreciate affordable services and have had positive experiences here before, but customers deserve transparency about treatment duration, attention to their stated preferences, and a reasonably relaxing environment. Based on this visit and the response I received, I would not return.

Worst massage ever. They basically just rub lotion all over you. There was absolutly no pressure to the massage and hearing people go in and out of the building was annoying and not relaxing. I would never return. Not only did they ruin my shirt by getting makeup all over it from rubbing my face first and not wiping off their hands but they did not have all their materials ready at the time of my service beginning so it was a start and stop process. Super annoying and I stopped the massage early and left.

Foot Palace is a unique experience. We did the one hour signature session with reflexology for the head/neck, arms/hands, and feet/calves. You are brought into a large darkened room where they can provide service to many guests at once, but it is partitioned with curtains and actually felt very private. Unlike a massage place, you only take off your shoes and socks (sandals are a better option for your visit!). The spa music playing was pleasant and soothing. The containers they use for the mineral foot soak were mildly uncomfortable for someone with big legs like myself, but not so much that I wouldn't return. The entire experience was calming and I felt very relaxed afterwards.

Worst 'massage I've ever had. It was an hour of having lotion rubbed into my feet and was annoying actually. Instead of feeling relaxed it was a total waste of time and money. When I went to the front desk to pay after it was over the person at the desk asked me how it was and I was completely honest. I asked her if the person doing my massage was a licensed massage therapist and she said NO! None of the people working there are trained and licensed massage therapists! Then it all made sense to me. Very deceitful business. They advertise foot reflexology massage but the employees are not even trained to do that. Don't waste your money. Go to a REAL massage place.

We received massages for a birthday gift. It was terrible. Less than 45 minutes-cut us short. Had an attitude about it when told them afterwards. The “massage” was like someone petting a newborn baby. It wasn’t a massage AT ALL. Even though we told them “firm.” Ive had MANY foot massages and this was by far the worst. Save your time and money. Come to atlanta and go to Treat Your Feet in Doraville. Also, the redhead had a nasty attitude. Won’t be back or refer anyone there.
