Reviews
tripadvisorOutstanding value. Large rooms and in center of good restaurants. Parking is tight in front, but otherwise easy to get to the parking deck. .
MoreWas disappointed that the bar/restaurant was closed on a sunday, so I figured I'd just go relax in the hot tub BUT the pool was down for repairs so ended up watching tv...a channel guide would have been a big help. Not the stay I was hoping for. This was my second stay and just may have been my last. Oh, btw...the entertainment center is damaged. looks like maybe refrigerator may have been leaking at one point.
MoreThis was our third stay, and we've never used any of the facilities. This time we went out of our way to buy swimming suits so we could use the hot tub while we had some free time. When we went in, the water was basically the temp of a warm bath. Not hot. We asked them to warm it to the temp listed (105), but the frazzled front desk said maintenance had left and she didn't know how to ... great. Another person came in to use it and said wow, I can't believe we paid this much to be disappointed, and that continued as each new person came to be equally disappointed by the hot tub. The next day we asked that they make sure it's warmed to the specified temp because we'd like to use it later. The front desk said they'd take care of it. Then, when we went to use it that evening, it was the same tepid temp. Disappointing. Even the guy using the hot tub when we approached said in a disappointed voice it's like bath water. When we went to tell the front desk, the employee was irritated before we walked up. He told us there was nothing they could do and that if we didn't leave the reception area he was going to call the cops. There aren't many hotels in Kent, but there are several just 20 min away. Much nicer with reliable amenities. Plus, the beds are lumpy, the pillows are bricks, and the walls are made of paper.
MoreAwesome hotel in a great location with amazing staff! The front desk was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!
MoreOnly two suggestions in case of renovation: windows in rooms should be openable for air echange. AC in common areas too cold , it made me sick.
