Hotel Emma Hotel

Once a 19th-century brew house, Hotel Emma is a historic boutique hotel overlooks the serene banks of the San Antonio River. Its spacious rooms exude a cozy atmosphere with luxurious linens, elegant bathrooms with Spanish porcelain tiles and Frette towels, breezy terraces with river views, and impeccable room service. The tranquil pool is surrounded by sunbathing decks, complete with al fresco food and drink options curated by Chef Jorge Hernández. Emma also offers sophisticated dining options. While Supper offers classic South Texas specialties, Larder features local provisions, wines, and baked treats. Sternewirth is another dining option that offers small plates and refreshing drinks in a tavern-style ambiance.

We ate here every morning for breakfast and It is definitely our go to place in San Antonio! Our waitress, Mercedes is outstanding, and her friendly competition with her husband, Paul, makes the experience even that more delightful! She knows the menu so well and I would let her order for me every single day. Hands down. Ask her to make her special coffee!!! You won’t regret it! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. And you truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
