tripadvisorWhen I went it seemed like a lot of the activities were experiencing technical difficulties. They did have coloring and crafts available... but I can do those at home.
MoreThere was a variety of activities for little ones to stay occupied so that was great. The only thing I think they can improve on is clean up and observation. I didn’t see any staff members walking around to help tidy up and we arrived mid day so the play tables were very messy and the art room had all the papers on the floor and I didn’t see a trash can anywhere near the activity tables to discard scraps. When we arrived the staff was clear on the house rules, no running or feet first down the slide and absolutely no climbing upwards the slide. I found myself telling this one rambunctious child to stop climbing up and stop running, no staff was around to assist and the child’s parent wasn’t concerned. We had little ones with us so was wondering about safety for them and found myself safe guarding the slide for their sake. Kids didn’t mind that, they had fun. But I feel the staff should walk around and make self known and present.
MoreThe Artitorium is okay. Lots of activities for the kids to do. A little crowded. The bathroom is in the basement; I found that intriguing.
MoreI have taken a 4 yr. 8yr 10 yr and 11 yr old this year and each time they were fully engaged and had a great time. Our last visit with an 8 yr old and 11 year old we spent 3.5 hours and only left then due to other commitments. What a great resource. The special Friday projects and badge earning opportunities is,a great addition.
MoreThis isn’t a large place but the space they do have is packed with various activities. They have a large kids’ slide indoors, interactive exhibits including a green screen and art activities. There is a lot more to do than I would have thought, but I would say you could spend 3-4 hours max and then you would be out of things to do. My kids loved it!
