All women are welcome to join our classes, M-F. 9:15am. We have Zumba Toning Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We have Strength classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Angel aka The Fitness Angel also offers children's Fit Kids camps and offers personal training to women and children of all ages. With over 16 years as a fitness professional you are in good hands with The Fitness Angel. You can also purchase beautiful inspirational apparel and the Fit to PRAISE fitness DVD created by Angel. We have prayer groups and Bible studies too! The Fitness Angel incorporates body, soul, and spirit- leaving you challenged and refreshed!
