Serving builders, contractors, multifamily & property managers in Hampton Roads & Richmond. Over 70 years of combined experience and reputation that stand behind our products and work. While our competitors "also do flooring" along with kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities etc. We don't just dabble in it or try and upsell you the kitchen sink. Flooring is all we do. The bottom line for Creative Flooring Solutions of Virginia Beach a Costen Floors affiliate is we have it all, wall to wall, when it comes to your flooring needs. We are committed to providing quality flooring and service to the builder, contractor, multi family and property management community through every step of the flooring process. We back this commitment with a level of personalized service that's unmatched in the industry.
