The Magic Garden show was incredible--singing, acting, dancing, sets, costumes, music, etc. Bass at UT has got some real competition with this show. There was one item that needs help--the black curtains on both sides of the stage at times showed way too much of the backstage bright Texas sunshine during the Sunday afternoon performanceMy rating 99 and 44/100% perfection. Far better show than Shucked at BASS.STANDING OVATION TO ALL!!Sterling from Cedar Park%

The theater was evacuated due to the stage smoke with 2 scenes to go in the first act.Audience didn't know if it was a real fire or not when the alarm went off. We were told to leave through the front only. Very slow. If it had been real there would be dead people. There was going to be a long delay for the FD to give an OK to renter. Then in two scenes intermission was going to occur. This was going to make for a long night with our grandson. So we left.Rehearsals should have predicted this. The delay is on The Palace Theater. We asked for comp tickets to another play. They flatly refused. There was no recourse to speak with anyone else.If that is the local flavor of their business model, I have no need to return.

Very nice local theater with a talented cast. Ticket prices are reasonable and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The Palace is a wonderfully small and intimate theater where most seats are great seats providing a more personal experience with the local actors/productions. We caught the classic musical Cabaret and it was a first class production with a very talented cast thrilling us with acting, singing and dancing. The theater staff was friendly and accommodating, the wine was good and the audience appreciative. Such a amazing experience we had, we are now looking forward to future productions!

Uninspiring, limp choices for productions - used to be great! Not a fan. Can not honestly recommend.
