This review has nothing to do with the Massage Therapist but everything to do with customer service. I had Andrew and he was excellent. My friend had Megan and she had raving review. Although the staff were friendly, they were not customer oriented. They repeatedly asked us the same questions although we were there and had our paperwork filled out by 1:15pm and we had 1:30 appointments, we were late being taken back and lost 10-15 minutes which was not adjusted, my friend pay for 2-1 1/2 hour massages along with a 20% gratuity and when she asked if they had water, the person checking us out said it is down the hall about halfway and you probably passed it on your way out. Andrew gave me a cup of water after my massage however, you would think a place of that caliber would have bottled water and definitely not tell your customer who just paid for 2-1 1/2 hour massages the water is halfway down the hall and you probably passed it. The therapist were good, however we will not be going back in the future.

Andrew is an excellent massage therapist, very accommodating with issues like arthritis. He really worked out all my knots and tension in my neck and shoulders with the right amount of pressure. The spa is immaculate with lovely rooms and scents for relaxation. I would definitely return.

Megan was great! She listened to my needs and really helped work out my troublesome areas. Relaxing atmosphere and good vibes. Left feeling like a million bucks.

Professional staff and relaxing atmosphere. Lisa takes the time to focus on your aches and pains with the perfect amount of pressure and care. Extremely knowledgeable and for me, I always leave feeling rejuvenated!

Great massage I had today. Mark had the perfect firm pressure and worked out all the kinks in my back and shoulders. I can't wait to go back!
