My wife and son stayed here in July '26. While out of their room they had items stolen out of the hotel room. The management team has not be very helpful and the insurance company that we were referred to for a claim will not get back to us. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Clean, easy to get to. Well trained staff - we were especially impressed with Viviana at the front desk - she moved quickly and efficiently to answer our request for an additional chair and she was warm and smiling. We recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for several days for a short family trip while also having appointments at Children's Nebraska. It was our first visit to the city and to the hospital. There was some angst to begin with. Upon arriving to the hotel, it definitely had some undertone of an humid smell. Our room stunk and was very humid. Later on that evening, feeling like I was having an allergic reaction, I looked into the AC unit and saw mold. It was late and I went to the front desk with pictures. They offered to switch rooms immediately, or in the morning. It was almost midnight and I have a child. The next morning as soon as awoke, we were moved to a room down the hall. It was a larger and cleaner room. The new room wasn't necessarily without issue. The TV stand/desk area was dusty. There were places where the room needed to be cleaned better. There was no stench like the first room, but without the air circulating there continued to be a musty smell, but no visible mold. I suspect that our initial room used to be a smoking room. We are on the first floor in both rooms, near an intersection off of Cuming. It was incredibly loud with traffic, especially in the morning with frequent construction vehicles and tankers using the intersection. On the side of the building, there were often unhoused individuals charging their phones in an exterior outlet. The area also tended to have people loitering. I felt that we had to be hypervigilant in the parking lot to and from our cars. We also overpaid bc we had booked for the week prior to the end of the WS even though we arrived after. That was also frustrating. Other, nicer hotels ended up having availability for cheaper prices than we paid. I debated on canceling early and changing hotels, but there was a fee. I was disappointed that other than the room, we were not offered anything else. If you're looking for a hotel to sleep and leave, it's probably fine. If you're planning a multiple day stay, I would recommend finding somewhere else. The rooms, beds, and overall experience did not lend itself to feeling comfortable, relaxing, or restful during our downtime between appointments and places to visit in the city. Upon returning home, we have all had allergy symptoms from sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes, headaches.Omaha is great, but I would not stay here, or in that particular area again.

This is a one star hotel with a 5 star reception staff. Both the lady who checked us in (Anna) and the lady who checked us out (sorry I don’t know her name, she wore a headscarf and glasses), were charming, friendly, professional and everything a receptionist should be. A real credit to the hotel. You would be amazed how many desk clerks on our 6 week road trip have just stood there and looked at me on arrival, without so much as a smile. Unfortunately, that is where the good part of my review ends. The room was not clean. The bed was OK but the rest of it was grimy. The tile floor In the bathroom and entrance way were filthy. The corner behind the room door was black. I wish I was exaggerating, but sadly not. I will not mention the room number as I do not blame the individual room attendant. This is clearly a management/housekeeping training and supervision issue. How can you allow your standards to be so low. I have another Hampton Inn reservation which I would have cancelled, but I have stayed there before and know it to be a good hotel. A disgrace to the Hilton name.
