BAREfit is a holistic fitness community, anchored in a passion for minimalist living, adventure sports, environmental sustainability, and a nod to the by-gone days of making the world your playground. Through innovative high intensity, natural movement exercise, we counsel and train our diverse team of clients toward healthier, active lifestyles within their means. We use equipment made on-site out of re-purposed, up-cycled, and reclaimed material. This innovative approach creates unique, fun and effective, real-world, adventure-based workouts, fosters creativity, and rescues heavy crap from landfills. BAREfit offers both small group (Pack) and one-one-on training sessions. Our Pack WORKouts are our the center piece to BAREfit, and the key component that has set us apart as a unique, effective fitness community. These are small-group (2-14 people), high intensity, functional adventure-based exercise classes held daily in our BAREfit WORKsite at 1217 Logan Street. Our one-one-one or couples/family training sessions are individualized to your specific goals, health history, injuries, and other special needs. All of the attention is on you, and together with your coach you will rise to new heights in these 30-minute action-packed sessions.
