Great, affordable, hotel that's close to everything in Orange County. Sweet, accommodating, and attentive staff. Adult and family friendly, very clean, quiet, safe, and well maintained. Traditional (larger) rooms with excellent beds and linens. Well lit working space, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Full breakfast with four stations. Excellent onsite restaurant (Anepalco) and bar. We will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here twice in the last 3 months, once for 4 days and then for 2 days. Alo is very nice, clean, people friendly & the free breakfast is really good. It is close to the outlet mall, children's hospital, Angels stadium and Disneyland. I would stay here again when I return.

The room itself was clean, and we appreciated having both a refrigerator and microwave. However, there were two significant issues during our stay that greatly impacted our experience.First, whenever we had the air conditioning on, we heard what sounded like loud dripping water. There was no visible water dripping, but the sound was persistent and kept us awake throughout the night. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We were extremely tired during our stay, especially since we had to get up early on two of the three mornings we were there. Getting adequate sleep is one of the most important things we expect when staying at a hotel, so this was a major inconvenience.Second, the room door did not close properly on its own. We had to physically push or pull the door to make sure it was completely shut. At one point, we left the room assuming the door would close and lock behind us, as a hotel room door normally should. When we returned, we found the door slightly open. We initially thought housekeeping may have entered the room, but we later realized that the door simply does not close completely unless you make sure to pull or push it shut. This was concerning from a safety and security standpoint.I considered bringing these issues to the front desk during our stay, but my daughter did not want to make a big deal about it at the time. However, looking back, I feel it is important to share this feedback because both issues significantly affected our stay. Sleep and room security are two basic things guests should be able to rely on, and unfortunately, we did not have that experience.Given the issues we experienced and the impact they had on our three-night stay, I do not feel the stay was worth the full amount we paid, because we were unable to fully enjoy our stay.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues so that future guests do not have the same experience. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding an appropriate resolution.
