I made reservations for a ride to Dulles airport with Dulles Express. I even received a confirmation email with a reservation number. They never showed. There was no answer at their listed number (on website) and the voicemail box was full. I do not recommend using Dulles Express.

We booked for a cab to pick us up from Washington Dulles, received an email confirmation with a booking reference. But when we arrived there was no cab. We waited for over half an hour but no show. We called the number on the email confirmation but the man who answered the phone did not seam to know about our booking, was not concerned that the cab was a no show and offered no apology. AVOID
