I purchased gift cards from this merchant and have not been able to use them. It's been 8 months. Jaqueline does not answer her phone ! She did schedule a few appointments only to cancel right before the scheduled time. I want my money back but she will not respond. Very unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with the state board

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this establishment since January. I purchased a 60 dollar massage in December as a birthday gift to myself.. The owner only communicates via text which is absolutely unheard of when conducting business.The hours of operation are not feasible for the working class unless you can set your own hours. They do not tell you this upfront. They also do not tell you that you can not call to speak with a representative.They close at 4 and are not open on the weekends when most people are looking for something to do.Every time i have tried to book an appointment they are booked. Now my my gift certificate is about to expire and she says she still booked until Apri; which is when the certificate expires. I will not be able to use a 60 dollar massage I purchased through Groupon. I wonder if this is only happening to the Groupon customers. She basically told me if I didn't like it to cancel!!! Well, that's impossibile because the cancellation period has expired. I am out of 60 dollars. and a horrible experience. Never again.

The tranquility room is very clean and the owner Jacquelyn is courteous and professional and gives an amazing massage. I never had to ask her to adjust the pressure its like she just knows! I highly recommend the chocolate indulgence and the lavender escape packages.
