The hotel met our expectations, the room was spacious and clean! The front seat staff was more than helpful and so polite and sweet and the Breakfast was delish! The hotel was located right across the street from the Space Needle, just a few minute Lyft drive from Pikes Market and 20 minutes from the airport!!! We had a lovely trip and would definitely stay here again!!

Hyatt House Downtown is conveniently located next to the Space Needle and a short walk to a range of dining options. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet with an awesome view of the Space Needle. Breakfast was pretty good. Close walk to Pikes Place and the harbor.

Hotel was a excellent choice. We were considering other hotels. But we wanted to be close to the Space Needle. We loved that we were within walking distance of the Space Needle, MoPop and the Chihuly Glass Garden. Rooms were clean, beds/pillows were very comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff gave us a sheet of paper of recommended restaurants that were close by. Morning breakfast was refreshing fresh. You had many choices that you normally don't get at other hotels.

Location is fantastic for visiting the Space Needle. It is a very short walk to the mono-rail which travels right downtown. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well supplied with linens, dishes, silverware, etc. Staff is very friendly, and the included breakfast in the morning is a great way to start the day.

Stayed at Hyatt House to see Rush at the Climate Pledge. The front desk folks and housekeeping are so friendly. Our room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was tasty, lots of people though…apparently we all went at the same time . Can’t wait for our next stay to see the Kraken!
