We had some friends in from London and were looking for a fun evening for them so we tried Headpinz Ft Myers. What a GREAT decision…booking was very easy online and from arrival we were treated like the VIPs we booked ourselves as! We’d never been here before so there was a bit of a learning curve but staff were always there to help, and even ran down the lane to fix our lane for us!Food menus available everywhere and a very easy ordering system…and I won’t ruin the ‘food and bowling shoe delivery platform’ in use currently…that was a huge hit for me!We worked with DJ and Rishadd and they both went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night! We will definitely be going back to Headpinz Ft Myers!

Service was terrible our pizzas and food came before our drinks . Most of us had finished eating before we even got our drinks . Many games are broken in the game room .

The food and service are terrible. Way overpriced food and nothing we ordered in our 11 person group tasted good. They were out of most of their wines, mixed drinks were okay, they did have a couple decent beers. It is very loud everywhere. We opted to sit outside because it was so loud everywhere else.Pros:The atmosphere in the sports bar is fun. We liked sitting on the patio and watching games. The arcade games range between $1-5 per game which is a little expensive but they have a good selection of games.They have robots that deliver food which is cool.Overall, it’s not a place that I’m eager to go back to but the kids liked it

Went in starving and expecting a fun time shooting pool and eating pizza. The pizza came served by a real robot after about 15 min. now even more hungry The pizza was super thin and burnt as shown in pic. You cant tell this to a robot so being hungry we started picking off the non burnt parts and trying keep smiling. Like many customers I didn't want to wander around for another 15 min looking for a human to explain my robot pizza was ULTRA thin and charr burnt so we tried to eat the salvageable parts stay positive since we were so hungry and didn't want to waste MORE time complaining. After eating the non burnt parts a human waitress shows up and handed us a bill asking how it was. I gave her honest polite feed back- Her response was well you ate half of it. I said yes We sure did but YOU asked for feedback AFTER the meal and I politely gave you feed back. She turned and walked away then came back giving $10.00 off a $27.00 pizza and watered down salty sweet tea. What an insult. I just bought a house 5 mile away and was hoping to find a place to go eat bowl and drink w wife and our adult kids and friends but I would ashamed if i took them here. In parting the waitress said Ill take your payment when ready and vanished again- I found her in the bar socializing w a silver haired older co worker. I gave my payment in cash and I said so we have terrible experience and you do ME the favor of 10 bucks off? Hoping for an apology and honestly to not charge me a dime. I NEVER am like that and I ALWAYS over tip but this time was bad. She said well you are it so... I came home and I will now tell this experience all over the place. I also work with a near by hotel that sees about 8000 customers per year I will be sure to not only NOT recommend this place but warn to RUN from it. Little Cesar's, or race track has WAYYY better pizza to put this in perspective.

We had an Amazing time the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Kaylee. Thank you for making our night fun and exciting. Headpinz is a great place for all ages and group types, something for everyone!
