This Springhill Suites has good customer service but it is dated. The dining area furniture is dirty and aged. The couch in the room had a large stain.

I was having problems with the washing machine. It was late and I was going to have to take an Uber to the laundromat. Sue at the front desk allowed me to use the hotels washer and dryer. She was a life saver and actually made my stay here great!

Springhill Suites in Mobile always has excellent service and a fabulous staff. Ms. Sue is the BEST !!!

I had an outstanding experience at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Mobile, Alabama. From beginning to end, the hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service exceeded my expectations.A special thank you to Makala, who was absolutely fantastic during the daytime shift. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to guests truly stood out. The nighttime staff was equally wonderful, and the housekeeping and maintenance teams did an excellent job keeping the property clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.I happened to be staying at the hotel during the most recent hurricane, and I cannot say enough about how accommodating and attentive the entire staff was throughout the experience. Despite the challenging weather conditions, they made sure guests felt comfortable, supported, and, most importantly, safe. That level of care speaks volumes about the hotel’s leadership and commitment to customer service.The rooms were exceptionally clean, the complimentary breakfast was very good, and the hotel’s central location made it convenient to access numerous restaurants and other amenities in the surrounding area.Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 10 out of 10! The entire team demonstrated genuine hospitality and a strong commitment to making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mobile, Alabama.Thank you to Makala and the entire SpringHill Suites team for making my stay such a positive and memorable experience!
