Nice staff and very helpful. The breakfast was good, and and everyone was very polite. The bedroom was very clean and the wifi worked well.

Very easy access off the highway to the hotel , was very clean. I just wished they would’ve told us that they won’t come in and clean the room unless we ask for it. Breakfast was very nice except that the eggs were A little strange Front desk everybody was very nice and helpful. The rooms was very clean The rooms also had nice space in it to spread your luggage around. Nice little seating area

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very kind and quick to offer help. We will definitely stay with this Hyatt again.

Hotel is a little noisy because it's located on a large, busy street. On the other hand, it's pretty close to everything. Staff of the hotel are quite friendly and seek out opportunities to help.

We had a really bad experience at Hyatt Place Canton Ohio. We traveled w/our kids for Hall of Fame Weekend Enshrinement and Lainey Wilson concert. We paid $1,500 for 2 rooms, were locked out twice & had return front desk; 2 ice machines inoperable, and they closed down breakfast 10 minutes early while more than 8 more people tried to get food. Hailey was helpful over the phone was the only person who cared.
