This library has so many different events that it sponsors for all ages. The ComicCon is one of the best that can be enjoyed by all ages. It has a great Friends of the Library that sponsors a used book sale four times a year. All of the proceeds collected through these sales go to different programs at the library and also a $500 award to two teen volunteers each year. There a many adult volunteers as well. This SENIORS, IS NOT THE LIBRARY YOU REMEMBER AS A KID. If you have never been to the library, stop by and check it out!

The Pflugerville Public Library is a wonderful place to gain insight, knowledge and information. There's history of Pflugerville and the surrounding area, plus the latest technological library information, accessible to the public. There are a myriad of community programs. The teenagers have a huge room all to themselves, as do the young children. Plenty of computers on which to do research, and meeting spaces for non-profits. They also have art shows periodically, but those are booked well in advance. The meeting spaces are large and the entire library is kept very clean, including the restrooms. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
