This fresh batch of meat is sliced and ready to be marinated before it is dehydrated and packaged.

We only use 100% beef or turkey. Nothing is ground and mixed with fillers. All meat is trimmed by hand and is sliced to an equal thickness.

Northbound 360, just north of Bee Cave Rd., at Wild Basin Rd.
