David maintenance. He has always been hard woking and polite to the tenants. I just want this to be recognized.

This place is ran down. Can't get anything done. Roache infested. Mold in windows and bathrooms.

Worst apartments to stay in. Nothing changes management sucks!!! Just last night January 19 2022 there was a shooting in the apartments! Someone died! Just stay away not the best decision to do!...

I NEED MY WATER HEATER REPLACED!!!!!!! I've never lived in such an absurd place. management is poor! I moved here in April 2021 worst decision! I was told my unit was going to be on the second...

these are by far the shittiest apartments i have ever seen. with gunshots going off at least once a week. the management has an attitude every time you call, and maintenance gets nothing done.
