Geneva was amazing. I am so grateful for their wonderful customer service. We arrived back at the port today only to discover that I had booked the wrong day. I called the office and Geneva saved the day and came to pick us up even when it was my mistake. Great transportation service so glad we choose Galveston Shuttle and Limo.

Took the shuttle to the airport returning from a cruise. We took an Uber on the way to the port getting to Galveston. Currently sitting on the bus in transport. It was located conveniently and easy to find. It does what a bus does and gets you there. The air goes in and out so the trip is hot and sweaty. Costs about the same as an Uber. Takes more time than an Uber it's just inefficient in comparison to ride share for nearly the same price. Unless there were extenuating circumstances I would never do this again and just Uber back.

Everything was on time and as described. I spoke with an employee before booking and she gave us great tips. When we got off the boat it was a quick call to learn where to meet the shuttle.

We arrived and departed the same day the shipped docked in Galveston. They were there waiting, helpful, and understanding. More so, the driver coming back was friendly, great conversationalist, just a total positive overall experience while others arriving and departing seem to struggle and we did not -- Definitely recommend using them. On a side note, the tip they charge is split with all drivers so if you have an extra special driver, those few extra dollars can encourage a fantastic experience. Vehicles were clean, comfortable, and as stated, not far to walk to get to them.

My family and I took a cruise from Galveston in early April 2025. We took the Galveston shuttle to and from IAH to the port. It was a big group (14 of us) and the van had space for all of us and our 14 bags.Everything went smoothly on the way to the cruise. Unfortunately on the return trip, we had a child who needed to stop and use the bathroom. In the terms and conditions, it states On-route stop: $25 for 10 minute. When we informed the driver of the desired stop, I mentioned this fee and said we'd pay it if we needed. He assured me that no fee would be charged as we were making good time. We really appreciated the grace and tipped the driver in cash (above the $80 auto-charged gratuity) as a thank you. To our surprise, later that day we got an updated bill and was charge $60 for the stop! When we tried to contact the company to ask about the cost, they were NOT helpful and said the fee would stand. Really disappointed in the poor customer service!
