Noone responds to your calls or emails. Will not work with you on changing reservation especially with weather issues and a state of emergency will not let you cancel or give you credit for future use. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed.
MoreThe hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for touring the Harvard Square area and the campus.
MoreThe Harvard Square Hotel was a great location to the Universtiy and all of the excitement of the Harvard Square community! The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel representatives were helpful and friendly! I would stay here again.
MoreThe memo pad in the room says it all - location, location, location. Unfortunately that’s the only thing this hotel has going for it. Exorbitantly priced for tiny European sized room, no coffee in room, no breakfast
MoreHotel was in a great location on Harvard Square with lots of great food options nearby. Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly.
