We were traveling to Houston from Vancouver, Canada and needed transportation from the Airport to Hotel and then to Cruise Ship Terminal in Galveston. Right from the first email sent to Lady Bird requesting a quote to the actual pick up and drop offs, Susan was great to work with. She was at the Airport to meet us and then met us at our Hotel a few days later to take us to the Cruise Ship. If you are travelling to Houston and need transportation, I highly recommend using Susan (Owner of Lady Bird Transportation) for all your needs!!

Lady Bird is the way to go,1st class. Susan was our driver and she managed to bypass a large backup on interstate (I/S), at night, going to Galveston from airport, by dropping off I/S, negotiating side roads and back on I/S, without blinking an eye!! She also picked us up after cruise and back to airport.Transportation was large, comfortable, clean. Susan was accommodating, pleasant; in every way good company. Cannot go wrong with Lady Bird.

Absolutely the best ride services! Susan picked us up at Hobby in the early evening, drove my family and I to Galveston to our hotel, in order to catch our cruise ship the next morning. On return to Galveston one week later, in the early morning, she was there to pick us up and take us back to Hobby. Her vehicle was large, comfortable, very clean and held all of our luggage nicely. She was always available by phone and able to answer all of our questions. Susan was very personable, responsible and courteous. I would highly recommend Ladybird Limo Services!

Superb ride services. We were met at the airport baggage claim very promptly and we had a most enjoyable ride to Galveston. I particularly enjoyed that we were told what we were looking at on the way to the port. The day we docked the ship was late but you and your driver, Herman, kept in contact with us and let us know that he would be waiting. When we did disembark about 3 1/2 hours later then we should have, he was there waiting and smiling. He was so helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed his company during the ride back to Houston. He catered to us and we actually were very spoiled during the ride back. He is a joy!

Lady Bird Limousine was a fabulous, stress-free way to get to-and-from the airport to the Galveston Cruise Port. Susan was wonderfully knowledgeable! She helped us coordinate all of our pick-up and drop-off times, as we had never been on a cruise before. The vehicle was large, comfortable and accommodated all of our luggage. Susan and Lady Bird Limousine took all of the worry out of our transportation issues! We would highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again on our next cruise!
