Just wanted to say how much fun my husband and I had at Twin Sisters Creamery today. Tried and found several new and different cheeses to bring home. Did get some Pacific Northwest cheeses, cheeses from Holland, France and Italy. We are especially looking forward to trying the Mimolette French cheese. It is sitting on the counter to reach room temperature for tonight's dinner. Tonight will be a dinner of cheeses, sopressata, proscuitto and crackers. Oh ya, a bottle of wine and some Fig Spread will also be involved. Many thanks to the very knowledgeable and friendly Joyce for taking the time to spend time introducing us to new cheeses. Oh.....Love Maddy's cards! Hope to see more!

Lindsay guided us through a three-course “cheese tasting menu” with a party of four. What a great experience! Twin Sisters now specializes in blue cheeses — “Whatcom Blue alone pays for this building” — but we started with three softer ripened cheeses from goat, sheep, and cows milk. Middle course was a charcuterie plate with samples of six cheeses, all from cow milk, from new farmyard cheese to old Gouda and also a local smoked Gouda. We each had different tastes. Coconut Gouda attracted some but not everyone. Ditto ginger Stilton. Olives, almonds, sausage rounded out the platter. Last course was three small slabs of different blue cheeses : the creamery’s special Whatcom Blue, a terrific blu with cracked pepper mixed in (ne plus ultra for topping a steak?), and a full-tasting Gorgonzola cheese. Lindsay was super friendly knowledgeable and pleasant-/ a wonderful time spent with her. The cheese shop has its own specialty cheeses plus a selection of well-priced European imports. What a find: worth a journey to here!!

Great place to stop by & pick up some excellent, artisan cheese if you’re in the area. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & generous with the tasters. We had a lot of fun making our selection, and will make a point to stop by whenever we are passing!

Named after their twin daughters, this is a fun place to go. With lots of samples.Great variety of different cheeses. They make their own blue cheese right there and it's fun to watch on the day that they are making it. They have cheese from all over the world.. Easy to drive by, so watch for the sign that is small , compared to the ones that surround it. My favorite is the coconut cheese whose flavor is fullest when warm. They will make arrangements for parties, showers and other get together. There is a variety of crackers. The restroom is very nice and clean. The people are really friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
